What Is Walk Like MADD?
Walk Like MADD, MADD's signature walk, is a fun, community-driven 5K walk that raises funds and saves lives. With every step you take and every pledge you make, you'll help raise money and awareness to support MADD's life-saving mission to eliminate drunk driving, prevent underage drinking, and support victims and their families. Join us this year as we celebrate our fifth Walk Like MADD event on Saturday, October 9, 2010 at our new location - the Philadelphia Zoo!

Finding a cure...
Unlike many others, our cause doesn't need a cure; it already exists - the cure is awareness and education so that each of us chooses to drive sober or designate a driver if we drink alcohol.
MADD has made gains against drunk driving, but too many people are still dying from this violent crime. You can help eliminate drunk driving by registering to Walk Like MADD and helping to raise money to support MADD as we work for tougher enforcement, stronger laws, and new technologies that keep drunk drivers from ever starting a vehicle.
